I am an empath and an introvert, I like introspection. I have loved sound since birth but I have never become a musician (not by choice). I love listening more than anything else.
I believe that each person can be compared to a musical instrument… like the tambura chord that I hold in my hand, where every string, every frequency, represents a passion, an area of interest. The tuning of each string, the harmony between the notes, as well as the art of playing an instrument, are processes that last a lifetime. It is a journey in constant evolution.
I dedicated the first 15 years of my career to an office job (like everyone in my family). The years spent at a desk or in long traffic jams on the way to work created a lot of chronic muscular tension, insomnia, headaches and noise hypersensivity, compromising my working career at a certain point. And so my holistic path was initiated.
One of my first teachers was Teal Swan with her process “The Completion Process”, of which I then became a practitioner in 2016. She taught me to listen to emotion, and especially to pain, as if it were an important messenger, a disharmonious melody, a string to tune.
I also felt called in the direction of shamanism. My teachers Bhola Banstola, Luciano Silva and Martina Dell’Acqua not only helped me to change my ideas about the spiritual world, but they were also the first to make me discover the power of sounds and especially that of shamanic drums (which I love!).
Another passion of mine is Akashic reading to which I was initiated by teachers Debbie Solaris and Rosa Mura; a magical experience of listening to “Universal Music"!
In 2015 I came across a tuning fork. I didn't know how to use it yet, but it was love at first sight (or listening :-))… Some years later I enrolled at Sound Healing Academy in Cornwall (UK) to learn how to use tuning forks professionally as healing tools, I completed the 1st and 2nd level certification. This technique has become my daily self-care.
The main advantage of sound therapy compared to many other holistic techniques is that it is extremely relaxing and does not engage mental analysis. We do not need to analyze the past to understand why we are in a present that does not satisfy us. Sounds reprogram us towards a more harmonious emotional state, more favorable to our well-being, more open to our soul body that already has many of the resources and answers we seek.
On the “Sound Healing” page you can find more information on when is the best time to try the sound therapy with tuning forks.
